Interviews: - One-on-one interviews provide in-depth qualitative insights. 3. Focus Groups: - Focus groups involve small groups of participants discussing a topic or product. 4. Observational Studies: - Directly observe participants as they interact with a product or perform tasks. 5. Card Sorting: - Used for information architecture and navigation design. 6. Usability Testing: - Participants interact with a product while researchers observe and measure their performance. 7. A/B Testing: - A/B testing involves comparing two or more versions of a design to determine which performs better. - Commonly used for website and app optimization. 8. Remote User Testing: - Conduct usability tests with participants located in different geographic locations. 9.
