I am a UX Researcher & UX Design expert who performs user studies, synthesizes data, creates deliverables, and presents an analysis of optimal solutions. I have excellent communication and collaboration skills. I work extensively with B2B clients to solve their problems with SaaS, AI, and data analytics for enterprise web applications, features, and dashboards. My UX Research & Design strengths and experience include: • UX Strategy: Brainstorming, ideation workshops, • UX Research: Qualitative and quantitative studies, user interviews, moderated and unmoderated user testing • UX Analysis: Heuristics, audits, behavioral analysis, and competitive analysis • UX Deliverables: Personas, user flows, journey maps, • UX Design: Information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes • UX Tools: Figma, Optimal Workshop, Miro, Adobe Suite • Experience working in sprints with agile teams • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Platforms: Enterprise SaaS web & mobile apps, tools & dashboards • Industry Experience: Healthcare, Financial & Law Firms, Government & Industrial Equipment Industries Three of my latest UX research, strategy and design projects: In December 2022, I completed a six-week UX strategy, audit, and research project for Fluke Corp, where I was tasked with understanding, reviewing, and creating ecosystem maps and research-based strategy documents for a new thermal imaging camera product. My goal was to advise and help the UX and product teams within Fluke Manufacturing design a smooth digital customer experience so they can remain competitive in the constantly evolving world of B2B sales. Overall, my directive was to understand the current thermal imaging camera product workflows, provide an analysis based on user research, and create a UX strategy and UX deliverables. In 2023, I completed a 6-week UX Research project for the VA Health website, where I ran a moderated tree test for the va.gov website. Our goal was to help modernize the digital health experience for the most extensive healthcare system in the nation. I conducted ethnographic research and user interviews and used Optimal Workshop to capture user data on the tree test tasks. I analyzed and synthesized observations and distilled the findings into insights and themes. I developed vital opportunity areas based on research insights. I created a PPT deliverable presentation that documented and brought our insights to life in an engaging and inspiring way. For six months in 2022, I worked as the senior product designer and researcher for the Command Center Web Application for Teladoc Health, a prominent online health services provider based in NYC. In this leadership role, I used my systems thinking and UX design skills to solve complex problems involving connecting Doctors with Patients online in real time across the U.S. In the Research Phase, I reviewed Dr/Patient interactions in real-time to gauge the effectiveness of the current baseline application. Using data from our study, we were able to brainstorm new feature and functionality ideas to provide better experiences overall.User Research
