Skill Sets & Domain Expertise: Gathering project requirements to understand the customer’s needs. • Evaluate potential risk and dependencies before the project begins and throughout the SDLC. • Create Release plan/Project plan. • Writing User Stories to document all possible scenarios for a User while interacting with the product. • Planning Sprints with the development team and tracking the same. • Ensure that the project architecture/SDD is in place before development begins. • Liaising with scrum master and development team to determine sprint goal story point estimate. • Review test cases to avoid later kiosks. • Lead agile ceremonies: daily scrum meet, Sprint grooming, sprint review, sprint retrospectives within the scrum team. • Ensure regular code audits. • Conducting UAT. • Ensure incremental delivery. • Product Demo to external and Internal stakeholders. • Regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders for sprint review. • Stakeholder expectation management. • Weekly meetings with the scrum masters to check project health(project cost overrun, technical impediments, any escalations). • Keep an eye on the go-live checklist. • Create release documentation for approval from Regulatory bodies.
