I made silly videos with my friends, and had fun writing sketches and short films that I now find very embarrassing. Video technology, and the needs for video in business have changed significantly since then, and continue to change. I am constantly learning new skills and tricks in my editing and animation work, while also learning more about the context my videos are placed, so they are better optimized for social, a website, or even the Big Screen. I have been editing videos for the past five years with the Adobe Creative Suite while specializing in Premiere and After Effects. I worked with an environmental organization called the D.E.E.R Lab to create video content that promoted their scientific research. I also edited a few of their weekly podcasts and created short videos to go along with it on social media.
