1. Customer care
I have six years of background in customer relations in which I was able to acquire essential soft skills needed to drive the company to its goals of providing excellent customer experience; communication, problem-solving, adaptability, critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal relations.
Also, working in business process outsourcing handling US-based clients made me fully adept at the American culture. Some critical tasks I championed were;
A. Sales by adding value to the service by tailor-fitting the clients spending capability thus resulting in client-centered service.
B. Customer satisfaction coach involves first-call resolution and minimizing churns by participating in customer experience surveys to effectively implement the organizations’ retention campaigns and processes which eventually drive more client acquisition.

I have a bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing with a proven industry background of seven years in helping enterprises conceptualize, develop, position, launch, generate sales, research, sustain and bring cash inflows to the bank with compelling services.
Throughout the years of my marketing career, I am one of the business workforce catalysts in developing and managing ways to support organizations in digital transformation by maximizing social media platforms in generating leads and creating strategic campaigns aiming to promote value proposition, branding, client acquisition, and conversions.
