I'm a lifelong singer, performer, improvisor, and actor, and have spent a lifetime crafting a voice that can connect, move, and inspire through song and story. I am a native German-speaker, who has always had an interest in the English language and its many dialects and accents. My conversational and comprehensive skills were given a good start, when English was introduced to me at an early age, by the American part of my family, as my first foreign language. At age 10, English was taught at school all the way up to graduation. Further proficiency was acquired by living and working abroad, travelling the world and meeting people, as well as relationships with native English speakers. I did work on several small projects in multiple fields, including but not limited to, transcription, data acquisition and text labelling. As for typing, I am capable of pumping out around 70-90 wpm. Grammar and orthography, in both languages, have always been important to me, since it is obvious, that incorrect spelling or missing/misplaced punctuation can ruin credibility and appearance in every written work. I am always grateful, if given the chance, to prove myself to any potential client, while also gaining experience in whatever field it may be.
