Born in Belgrade, Serbia, I am a native french speaker thanks to my french origins, and the active use of the language. I attended the Serbian educational system, including the experimental Language secondary school, where I specialized in translations to (and from) French (French-English, French-Serbian, and vice versa). Thanks to the geopolitical situation, I am equally able to translate from Croatian and Bosnian, and I already did it through a long period. Actually I am working as a freelance community manager and cm assistant (online) which includes working with multiple languages and people, including some technical tasks (writing some SEO texts/wording in general (English and French preferentially), some basis of html and cc). Translations and work on google sheets, Office programs, forum moderation and such are normal for me. In addition to that I work on data checks, (written or photos), I developed the ability to find the right info. Touristic destinations, using maps, hotels businesses and so are a normal habitat for me. For years I also work as a freelancing translator: I specialized in the medical documentation, insurance documents, and general texts and literature. I am proud to say that in 10 years I never failed to send back a document, and the quality of my work and the respect of the person in front of me is for me an obligatory way of functioning. I am a fast learner: Thanks to my previous contracts on Upwork, I had the occasion to test an learn to work on many platforms, as using the Agile CRM dashboard, so I got the chance to get used to the CRM environment. I also used Canva for some small designing tasks, in addition to the creative writing and social media posts creations.

My name is Monia DKHILI, I am 28 years old, originally from Tunisia and now I am living in Serbia. In 2018, I had a master's degree in Marine Biology and I successfully published my first article that resumes my research work. At that time, I couldn’t afford the expenses of the research materials to be able to finish my PH.D. so I decided to get a job to collect some money and that’s how I ended up being a Customer Support Agent. I loved and still love doing my job. Customer support agents represent the company and show how much it cares about its customers. A good agent is one who knows to listen and read the request of each customer carefully and gives him the appropriate answer. He must show empathy and put himself in the customer's shoes. Gain the customer's trust because when a customer contacts the agent it means he is asking for help or given a second chance to correct a mistake. In both cases, it is an opportunity to build trust. My first mission was with Bouygues Telecom France, at that time this operator just launched optical fiber services. It was something new for customers so our team, the support team, needed to be there for them. I liked the mission and discovered my talent: reading between lines, emotional interaction, and analyzing customers' profiles using only the tone of voice or the way the message was written. I was good at that. Customer support is a job made for me and with experience and time, I became sure of that. My second experience was with Orange France inside of the same outsourcing company and then with Vinted France and finally with PayPal France. With every experience, I learn more and more about customer support in general, HelpDesk, Zendesk, CRM, Ringcentral… One day some jobs will disappear, like building a website. A few years ago, it was something complicated but now anybody can build a simple website by only clicking on a few buttons. It is not the case for customer support. People are more and more using websites to buy and sell around the whole world and they will always need assistance. My dreams and goals changed, now I speak three languages and I want to learn more. At the end of 2021, I moved to Serbia to be with my Serbian husband. I changed the environment and I am away from my family and friends but I didn’t want to change my job so I started to work as a freelancer. I got a mission on Upwork after 2 months of competing with Freelancers from all over the world just because I master the French language and I speak it without an accent.
