Creative insight and a genuine capacity to care are rare. I pride myself on being exceedingly rare. At the very least, I'm intelligent and driven to help others.
In no specific order, here are a few things I can do for you:
~ Organize ideas into a meaningful composition
~ Generate verifiable content that performs
~ Adapt to any writing style
~ Eloquently replicate tone
~ Sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves
OK. That last one was a fib. I don't offer those services anymore.
However, I do understand the internet can be a messy place. That's why I am devoted to producing superior, accessible, and target-friendly content, while not compromising the integrity of your message.
As a wordsmith, I am a proficient writer, able to construct and deconstruct bodies of literature on-demand; tailoring them for individual need. As a cyberspace champion, I continually sharpen my acumen and keep up-to-date on industry practices & standards.
Although I'm from an academic background, I branched out into the private sector at a young age. At age fifteen, I landed my first gig as a private guitar instructor through a series of newspaper ad-campaigns, self-designed 4x6 flyers, & other 'old-school' marketing.
Since then, I've been lucky enough to acquire a great deal of experience.
Over the past 15 years, I've written a great deal. From non-fiction to research-based articles to essays and passages for web-content, I've done it all.
In addition to my professional writing, I am a private educator that works closely with students ranging from high-school drop-outs to accomplished Ph.D. candidates in developing their writing skills and their ability to convey mental constructs through the written word. I also instruct students in other fields including Physics, Mathematics and the Social Sciences.
Classically trained in the Trumpet, French horn, and Guitar, I am a musician and an accomplished vocalist. I regularly participate in choir competitions and fill the role of a studio artist. Additionally, I've been the lead singer of many bands. One band I lead was named #1 rock band in South Florida in 2012 by The Palm Beach Post. In regards to musical instruction, I have tutored a significant number of students with a wide range of abilities, ultimately, refining their competence as artists and musicians.
I am formally trained in ethnographic research having several higher educational degrees from University and having done significant fieldwork in Ecuador. I'm bi-lingual. I have clear insights into the interrelationship between the cultural, psychological and social underpinnings that govern human behavior. As such, this discernment allows me a tremendous range of agency.
Additionally, I am skilled with computers and well-versed in graphic/web design (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, HTML, etc...) and computer applications (all Microsoft applications...Word, Excel, etc...) alongside a vast, working knowledge of computers. My professional qualifications consist of being the lead graphic designer at Mark Graphics, Inc. I worked with this political, wholesale printing company based out of South Florida for six years doing graphic design for tons of clients with a wide range of expectations.
I am a highly motivated, highly functional and extremely proficient freelancer. I love to learn, adapt and grow within new environments.
