Resolve calls efficiently and effectively and support customers on various Microsoft cloud products. • Train employees who are switching from one technical product to another or from non-technical to technical. • Updating technical Knowledge Base with certain cases that have multiple resolutions. • Deployment, configuration, and supporting technologies Azure Active Directory Domain Services, Secure LDAP, Domain Trust, Role-Based Access Control (Custom roles), and Hybrid Identity Management. • Advanced knowledge related to Microsoft Azure Identity Governance and Administration Features like Privileged Identity Management, Access Reviews. • Scope customer issues and support boundaries by collecting the relevant facts. Investigate the problem by doing research and by involving other teams as needed to resolve the issue. • Develop PowerShell scripts and ARM templates to automate the provisioning and deployment processes. • SSPR, MFA, Conditional Access, Azure Key Vault, B2C, B2B., • Experience working with Git, Docker, Terraform and Azure DevOps. • Design and Support Azure Ad Features like Group-based licensing, Dynamic Groups, Azure AD Administration Unit, Azure AD Reporting, Managed Identities and, Azure AD Password Protection. • Installation, configuration, and support for Windows7, 8, 10, and Server 2012. • Installation, configuration, and support for Microsoft Office 365. • Monitor the IT Infrastructure for its availability – network connectivity, hardware, and software failures. • Manage physical and virtual servers (Virtualization) with Windows Server2012 R2. • Installation and configuration of DNS, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, Remote Access, and Group Policy. • Installation, and administration of DHCP Server. • Identity and Access Management • Azure Governance
