I have never been in any industry (tell a lie, I once worked in a production line in one of the most known Japan-owned manufacturing company and I lasted only 3 months!) which is longer than that of what I currently have working in the BPO Industry so I must be good at this! Just kidding. I am very fluent in English since I was in Elementary so I thought, "might as well put it to good use", hence the reason I am here until now. I may have a talent in pacifying customers to avoid escalations, however, I found my passion in processing orders. Creating Manual PO and submitting them to the vendors and decorators and making sure the customers get their orders right or try to make things right if the order goes wrong was the highlight of my 2021-2022 but by September of 2023, I found item set up. It was very hard at first but I find it fun to add/remove item from a web store, setting up items and creating product and services designs, activating/deactivating web store products, and to make sure the inventory is up to date. But like any other good friends, we needed to grow and if that would mean to be "separated from the work I find fun to do" then que sera, sera. Regardless of how much you take life seriously, you will never get out of it alive anyway. So might as well explore and have fun!
