Over the past several years, I've partnered with various workplaces, school systems,
prisons, and health organizations to amplify mental fitness. My
primary intention is to help connect mindfulness & meditation practices with
all people who desire a heightened sense of self-connection; with full respect
for their cultural background, religious upbringing, and life experience.
I have experience facilitating meditation & mental fitness workshops and sessions both in person and virtually. I also develop written and recorded content.
