I worked for 9 years at Maugan srl - Il Bussetto, a company specializing in small leather goods in Milan, Italy. My role encompassed the following responsibilities: Customer Service Provided customer support via phone, email, and social media (Facebook and Instagram) in English, as most customers were from outside Italy. I also procured goods for outbound logistics (packaging and similar needs) and other materials to ensure the proper operation of the office, such as stationery Regarding my Portuguese skills, I developed them over 8 years due to my relationship with a Brazilian woman. We converse daily in Portuguese, and I further refined my skills through annual travels to Brazil.
