I've built my customer success solutions through rich experience in multi-national, listed and fast growing startup companies. How do we deliver the engagement and What system do we use? - There are thousands of solutions out there. My primary skills are in designing and completely implementing customer engagement flows. I break this into 3 parts. 1. 100% automated engagement. This covers automatic reactions to customer behaviour and strategically engaging with customers based on their activity. Rich segmentations here can drive customers toward North Star Metrics as well as promote products to grow KPI's. I have delivered simple, automated customer onboarding flows complete with Email, Push notification and In-App popups as well as comprehensive segmentations and gamified engagement strategies. 2. Ticket Deflection. My philosophy is once a customer needs to talk to an agent, we have missed an opportunity to solve their problem with automation. Developing customer knowledge bases such as Help Centres and AI powered answer bots helps minimise human to human engagement, providing a better customer experience as well as reducing operational costs. 3. Human engagement. When a user can't be helped by the first 2 areas, we need to be able to help them as best as possible. This includes standardising responses with Macro's and triggers. It also includes tracking our response and action times with SLA's. Finally it requires us to collaborate with cross functional teams using integrations like Jira and Slack. Then when all of this is complete we need to be able to register the Voice of Customer and report on the success of each step at all levels of granularity. My skills can deploy these solutions from start to finish and overcome issues of legacy systems, strict privacy regulations (I've worked in financial instituiotns) and existing operational processes.Zendesk
