Responsibilities:
-Onboarding of new suppliers or buyers
-Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
-Collaborate, problem-solve, and strategize upcoming client meetings with team members
-Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth
-Hold weekly/monthly calls with clients to get clear insights
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
-Strong verbal and written communication in English, strategic planning, and project management skills
-Ability to make clear phone calls, a headset with a decent quality microphone
-Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
-Go Getter Attitude - Strong Analytical skills
-Must be available to work in the PST time zone
