Need someone to organize COA and organize account on a monthly basis for the year.
Must understand JOB COSTING!
We do project-oriented work (video production)
it will be a combination of one-off projects
and some will be long lasting accounts that will have reoccurring income/transactions.
You must be able to see the "big picture" as well as have an eye for details too. But big picture is more important.
There seems to be 2 main ways to do job costing in quickbooks online:
and then there are 3rd party apps that help too
but we wanted to avoid this.
What is your experience and recommendation on this?
