Upgrade an existing ASP.NET Web form website by adding drop-down menus to the existing top menu. The drop-down menus will be invoked on mouse-over existing top menu items in our website http://bit.ly/dFkDtF
Attached screenshots show samples of the drop-down menus to illustrate the following requirements:
1. Provide 4 drop-down menus with 1, 2, 3, and 4 columns respectively. We will use your templates to combine the features described below with our content.
2. Each drop-down menu should have a drop shadow for 3-D look.
3. Ability to optionally highlight one or two consecutive columns with the light background.
4. Each column should have an optional title above the links.
5. Include an optional vertical separator between the columns or provide another way of visually separating the columns.
6. Menu item links should display optional tooltips on mouse-over.
7. The menus should have either:
a. One-level, or
b. Two-level with indent on the 2-nd level.
8. Menu item links should have optional 1-2 lines of the text below or above them for providing additional details.
9. Each of the listed above options should be implemented in at least one of the templates. If the feature is marked as an optional then it should be at least one template where this feature is missing.
10. The look of the drop-down menus should match the existing website look, including color schema, fonts, styles, etc.
• Server Platform: ASP.NET Web Forms.
• Must work in all major browsers/OS.
• All 3- party runtime software (frameworks, libraries, controls, etc.,) if any, must be approved by us in advance.
• All changes must be done within the master page, which implements our current top menu.
• The drop-down menus should be easy modifiable to provide website extensibility.
WE WILL GIVE YOU: a zip file with the subset of our website that will include:
1. the existing master page implementing current main menu;
2. several aspx pages that are linked to the main menu items;
DELIVERABLES AND ACCEPTANCE PROCESS:
1. Phase 1: Contractor will provide us with the draft in the form of screenshots / sketches or actually website code. We encourage you to provide at least 2 design styles, so we can select the one we like.
2. We will review and send our comments / change proposals for the Phase 2.
4. Documentation should include a brief description (for our developers) of how to add or remove optional features listed in the Design Requirements section, unless the required changes are trivial.
5. We will review and may ask to make final changes.

• Time to complete. Sooner is better. The estimate date we provided is the maximum date.
• Total cost. Your cost will be a factor in our decision.
• Example of your prior projects showing your skills required to successfully complete this project.

We are budgeted and willing to expand this project scope, or hire you for the next project if you will propose other helpful website enhancements that we will accept.
