I am looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with various tasks at my company. Data entry skills will be a big advantage. Also, you should be able to read and write fluent English.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
90% - Filling out job applications on behalf of our clients.
-This requires a keen attention to detail. Some critical thinking. But mostly, data entry skills.
We will train you how to use our website. Essentially, there are three main pieces of information. 1. The clients' resume. 2. The clients' profile section. 3. The clients' job section. You will be responsible for checking the clients' job section daily in order to apply for any jobs that they have added. When they add a job, you will use the resume (1) and profile (2) to fill out the job application.
10% - Going through messages on LinkedIn and replying to general inquiries.
-This requires that you can read and write fluent English.
We work for very high-end clients so it is absolutely crucial that you have VERY strong attention to detail and do not make mistakes.
