We need an adobe expert &/or MS WORD expert.
The job is to “automate” an existing MS WORD document we will provide.
Currently we print this form to conduct a phone meeting. Then manually write all the notes on the form, then scan and save the document into our database.
The goal of this assignment is to enable filling in the form on the computer & or IPAD. The form has a number of sections which would be navigated by pressing “TAB”.
