We need someone to help with guest response for our airbnb properties. We currently manage about 30 homes and are looking for people with experience in the hospitality industry and preferably people who have hosted through airbnb themselves.
We act on behalf of our clients so we need guest responses to be friendly, informal and in perfect English. Knowledge on Sydney and Melbourne is required as many guest queries are focused on local knowledge such as places to visit, how to get around and things to do.
The role will be ongoing and we will need someone or a team who is prepared to keep guest response going 24/7.
