Needs to hire 6 Freelancers
Hi! We are a team and we're finding contributors to help us with our projects. It exists the possibility to work regularly in the long-term.

The team must be able to do

1) IDEA DESIGN:
-Location plan 1:5000 (how the project is connected with the city: for example green areas, rivers, routes, types of equipment, student zones, universities... important things that are relevant to the project).
-Site plan 1:1000 (topography, connections, access, levels, barriers...)
-Idea schemes, vegetation, pedestrian paths...
-Plans of the evolution of the city
-References
-Sections ("before" and "after") of the project.
-Sketches

2) PROJECT DEVELOPMENT:
-Floor plans
-Constructive sections
-Project schemes
-Structure
-Construction idea
-Installations

3) STYLE AND DESIGN:
-Renders. Creative images.
-White and black + 1 color.
-Perfectly organized.
-The work ready to be delivered.
-Impressive sheets.

Every project is different and some of them will be advanced and others will be needed to design them from zero.

The Team MUST REACH the level of the works of the next examples.
