Hi there,

I am looking for an experienced end to end HR/Recruiter.

Our company is expanding next year, hence I want to do an analysis of my current team.  Our company is a small team of 11 which have been the basis of our IT startup.  I am not specialised in this area and I want to know what other skills people have and where their ambitions lie.

I want to give all the people who have been with us up to date, the opportunity to express their desire for a future role in our company.  I want to give something back, because we have really worked the boards the first 5 years.  

That way next year, once we start expanding, I feel confident I have done all I can to look after the original team members.  But also, that means we can make some decisions about people.  To move them around or move them on, or keep them where they are but up their responsbilities etc.

Hiring a seasoned Recruitment person provides objective and more skilled analysis than my guessing and projecting what I want from my staff, rather than really learning about each of them.
