We are a USA based property management company involved in various projects and have a need for a admin assistant that can also help with book keeping, preparing and issuing invoices, filling out accounting related forms as needed. We do have a retained CPA already (FYI) but are open to that as well.
The candidate must have initiative and be proactive and know Quickbooks and paypal and understand the importance of billing and collecting money.
This will be a long term position - especially if you have phone skills and/or good writing skills for issuing letters.
