Looking for someone with automotive background to help with tasks involved with running an auto parts business. First would be customer support, answering emails, answering customer questions on eBay / Amazon etc. Also Issuing RMA's, issuing refunds, etc. Need someone with a background in automotive that understand the different parts have different applications for the US market. I can provide the resources to find the correct parts, but need someone that can look them up. Down the road could also expand to product listing and order processing if we both like how things are working. Would probably be an hour or two a day to start.
