Tasks to Be Performed Daily
1. Invoice remind orders outstanding 24Hrs.
2. Telephone remind orders outstanding 72Hrs.
3. Fulfill all new orders paid and cleared.
4. Add tracking numbers to orders shipped the previous day.
5. Feedback all completed orders from feedback rotation.
6. Log all actions in Excel Ledger.

Tasks to Be Completed As Needed
• Any and all work related to maintaining an eBay Store.
• Any and all work related to order fulfillment.
• General customer service via email and telephone.
• SEO: Specifically keyword optimization for listing titles.
• Data Compilation & Basic Bookkeeping (QuickBooks).
• Basic Image Manipulation (Using Paint or GIMP).
