Our company utilizes a third-party system to automate inventory management from our distributors with our Amazon seller account. However, there are occasional mismatches between the inventory management system and Amazon's product listing pages.
We need someone to manually enter each of the Amazon product identification numbers from our database into Amazon's search box and verify that the associated product page matches the product description in the database. If they don't match, we need to be notified. No other work on your part is required. You do not need any database experience. You simply need to be able to copy and paste a number from an Excel spreadsheet into Amazon's search function and verify that the product name on Amazon matches the description in our file, then send the spreadsheet back with any mismatches highlighted in red.
There are currently over 25,000 records to be verified, but this should not take more than a few seconds per record.
Please put the words "AMAZON MISMATCH" in the first line of your response to verify that you read this entire description.
If your work is satisfactory, this may be an ongoing job, as our product database changes regularly. Once the initial check is complete, this will probably require a few hours work per month at most to verify that newly added products are matched to the correct Amazon product pages.
