We are hiring and individual with prior experience in inbound call centers to help support the growing team of counselors. While you won't be doing sales, your knowledge or prior experience doing sales will be helpful to even better help the team of counselors.

Please answer these 4 questions to be considered:
1) What prior experience do you have in a call center and what makes for a successful team of counselors?
2) When listening to calls for quality control, what 3-5 things would you listen for and how would you give feedback to counselors who need to improve these things?
3) Are you comfortable following our existing process which is nicely organized in a spreadsheet, documenting daily as you go and communicating any questions and suggestions in writing following company guidelines?
4) The positions if from 8 am to 6 or 9 to 7 or 10 to 8 pm EST with 2 Saturdays per month half day. Please confirm this works fine for you.
There is a base salary and bonuses based on performance.
