Need an expert Asterisk Engineer/programmer familiar with Phone Chat Line systems to trouble shoot our platform. Our system features Live Rooms and Monitored Rooms on same DID with IVR and Web Control Management.  The system is entirely based on Asterisk and the Web Control is based on Python .  It features 6 Levels of management (Admin/Admin Moderator, Line Owners/Line Admin, Room Owners/Room Admin.

The Live Rooms are limited to 6 Callers. Once this limit is reached, the system opens another Live room, etc. The Monitored Rooms are rooms that provide Room Management function via IVR and Web Control.  Both types of rooms are managed at Adm Moderator Levels.

The Live Rooms are not working properly. Callers are not able to hear themselves in Live Room. The system does not recognize the number of callers in the room.

The entire platform is bugged down with accumulated data and is very slow. As a result the Web Control is extremely slow. Some key functions like 'mute', and other are not working in Monitored Rooms.

We need an a programmer/engineer who is demonstrable capable of fixing these and other potential issues with the system.
