Looking for someone who has done B2B telemarketing/telesales to call businesses in the US to ask if interested in commercial insurance quotes/proposals. Ideal candidate will be reasonable hourly rate and offered bonus based on results; will speak in clear, concise english and will be sharp enough to answer basic questions and know when to hand off to our business when necessary.
A little more information: The callers responsibility will be to reach the decision maker/owner and explain that we're an independent insurance broker who specialize in worker's compensation insurance. We have access to more than 50 competitive markets, and I have approx. 20 years of insurance experience. The next objective would be to convince the decision maker to send us their current policy information. This would be considered a "submission", and would be worth a bonus. If the prospect won't send us info without knowing more about us, then the marketer should ask for a good email address, and we will send info that outlines why they should work with us, and then call them back within 2-3 business days to once again try to get them to agree to an appointment for me to see them or agree to send their current info to us.
We use Mailchimp for emails, and www.lessannoyingcrm.com for the crm program, and these 2 integrate so you could do calls from the program and then click into Mailchimp and choose the template to send info to each interested person.
Once an account becomes a submission, it would be handled by myself until sold/dead. If it sells, there would be a small back end bonus as well. Once trained, a motivated caller with good phone voice, clear/concise english, who can stay organized and make sure to not miss any follow up calls could make a nice income from this.
