We are a small to medium size media/publishing company that has an advertising agency component to it.
We are looking for someone that can help us document our business process's (editorial functions, finance, project management, planning etc) and help us to then visualise these processes and suggest improvements and ways to manage.
We already use a mixture of Airtables for some process, Asana for Project Management, Pipedrive for Sales funnels, many of these are connected via Zapier. We would like you to document all the various processes and suggest ways for the tools and apps to integrate with each other.
We do not want a solution like Process Street dropped on us, but are rather looking for ways to manage our systems better, and then afterwards we can look at potentially setting up on Process Street (or similar). Although we are happy to visualise our various systems in software like Process Str.
We have numerous systems and process's that are currently undocumented. This would be an ongoing process that would be combined with interviews with our internal team. I would like you to then also establish checklists, templates and workflows on an ongoing basis as we establish new workflows.
We are looking to a lower rate in exchange for long term commitment.
