US based company provides back office support for US trucking companies and is looking for customer support agents who are fluent in English.
Job Description: Use TMS(Transport Management Solution) software for managing all dispatch related tasks. Creating new loads in TMS by copying data from Load Confirmation Sheets. Coordinate and assign equipment and loads to drivers. Ensure drivers are meeting their pickup and delivery times. Communicate with customers regarding pickups, deliveries, issues and concerns. Provide information to Operations Manager on failures and problems. Track loads and provide updates to customers periodically. Manage compliance documentation related to company, driver and equipments.
Experience in trucking industry dispatching and/or driver management is desired but not required.
Good attitude and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to quickly learn US transportation rules and regulations (Training material will be provided)
Ability to work independently a must.
Must be great with driver and customer relations.
