Details

We need two customer support reps working remotely, introducing our solutions, , helping users configure their wireless access points and other general support issues using online chat and desktop sharing features.

Requirements:
1. English speaking
2. Flexible hours
3. Basic understanding of networking
4. Ability to trouble shoot configuration and networking issues.
5. Good understanding of WiFi networks, clients, access points, home routers
6. Ability to document each case for future reference along with screenshots and video

Please share your previous experience.
We will conduct phone interview.
