Needs to hire 2 Freelancers
We are an immigration law firm looking for a full-time virtual assistant to support our in-office staff by helping with administrative tasks and client support. The ideal candidate will be interested in a long-term full-time virtual position with our office.
The position will include the following job duties:
- Electronically sorting scanned mail into cloud folders
- Electronically sorting documents received from clients into cloud folders
- Inputting information and uploading documents to case management system
- Electronically organizing filings for review and printing by in office staff
- Preparing simple cover letters for immigration filings
- Translating documents from Spanish to English and sometimes from English to Spanish
- Collecting information from clients by phone or email
- Contacting clients to discuss missing documents/information
- Reminding clients or potential clients about their appointments
- Requesting records such as medical records, criminal records, divorce records, or marriage record
- Answering phone calls (as needed to support the in-office staff)
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Skills:
- Extremely organized
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Attention to details
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, Excel
