Convoy is looking for someone to provide administrative support to the finance department. Your job will consist of reviewing documents sent to us by truckers, and deciding whether we can use them to bill our customers. Additionally, you may be called upon to send invoices to Convoy�s customers.

You will be scrutinizing documents from dozens of different companies, and need to look for specific information. Each customer has their own set of needs and way of doing business, and you will learn them all.
- Fast and efficient
You�ll be quickly looking over hundreds of documents per day.
- Adept at written communication
Part of this job involves communicating with the truckers and letting them know if there is something wrong with their paperwork. You will be coordinating closely with the Convoy team. Lucid written communication is vital. Interacting with customers requires tact and professionalism.
Your job will involve using Convoy�s internal system to review documents and bill customers. We expect you to be able to navigate the system efficiently and search for information you need. You will be using a variety of programs and services, including Slack and Google Docs.
