We are seeking a XERO expert for bookkeeping including reconsile, GST management, BAS and invoicing. Our skincare company has multiple sales channels including international retail distribution, e-commerce partners, our own e-store and amazon.
The role is long-term and ongoing with future of full-time work. Must have knowledge of Australian Tax System and can work during business hours AEST – Sydney Australia.
Xero experience is a must
Reconciliation of bank accounts, loans, other general ledger accounts
Assistance with BAS preparation
Drafting of correspondence
Recording the financial transactions of the business into XERO.
Prepare and sending invoices
Assist with accounts payable
Liaising with debtors, creditors and suppliers.
Carrying out general ledger and bank reconciliations.
Retail reporting and inventory control.
Prepare and Reporting on Business Activity Statement (BAS)
Preparing and Reporting PAYG and Superannuation
Reporting any irregularities in data to management.
Contributing to all of the team activities, work, and organizational administration.
