Rock & Roller Wagons is a company who hire wagons to children / families at premier music festivals within Australia.
We are looking for someone who can build an app that manages our wagon hire bookings at each festival we attend. We currently work on a paper system, and wish to upgrade.
We need to assign pre-bookings to wagons prior to the festival. Then during the festival, be able to take on-the-spot bookings. For each wagon booking, I’d like to assign customer name, email and mobile address plus a few other details. If possible, id like to attach a photo of each hirers drivers license too. I need each hirer to sign a hiring agreement, so if possible, attach a PDF doc that can be signed on the spot.
I’d like to see forward bookings, which have been assigned a wagon, and see what wagon availability I have, as well.
i have attached a .pdf wire frame of what we think our app may look like, but we are very open to changing this if you know of a better way.
We need the app to be fully functional by June 2018.
