I'm looking for some assistance with standard bookkeeping and data entry.
* Reconcile bank accounts (3-4) and PayPal
* Help with sending reminders on overdue invoices
* No payroll work - everything is through Upwork or similar services and paid via credit card
* Enter timesheet data from various freelancer sites into QuickBooks so that you or I can create invoices from the billable hours
* Manage inventory assets (books) and provide guidance for reporting
* Familiar with ZenDesk and Trello - I'll assign all tasks through ZenDesk or Trello.
* Help submitting sales/use tax
* Ability to help with end of year income taxes a plus but not required
* In the past my bookkeepers created journal entries to fix a problem based on their assumptions without asking me for any details. This created extra work because they had to reverse their changes because their assumptions were wrong. I'm looking for someone with good written communications skills that can ask questions when they aren't sure about a transaction.
