You would be my assistant and become apart of a good organization that delivers quality websites and marketing strategies for companies, predominately in California.
The ideal candidate would be someone who loves to learn new things, loves tech and social media, loves organizations, has the ability to draft reports (if needed, not required), would know how to take notes as I'm doing voice dictation for planning for new and current web development and marketing strategies.
My assistant will most likely be newer to business but intelligent enough to form their own intuitive approaches to problem solving, time management and prioritizing based on urgency.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to prepare reports, to be able to incorporate excel information in these reports and design effective record keeping methods.
Knowledge of google documents is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of a plethora of social media destinations.
Knowledge of accounting and the ability to create invoices is also a plus.
