Our company is in the process of commencing an exciting business in Australia utilising Bosnian components in the construction industry. We are looking for a new full-time Assistant with Architectural or Construction experience to support our Australian company in Bosnia and assist to communicate with our supply chain in Bosnia.
The role would be quite varied and progressive as the business grows. As a foundation member of the team, you would have vast opportunities to move into more senior roles.
As an integral part of the business, we will need a person that is energetic, pro-active, loyal and willing to be flexible in tasks to be delivered.
Some tasks may initially include but wouldn't be limited to -
Virtual support on the day-to-day running and establishment of the business.
Assistance with design concepts, finishes and product integration into the construction system.
Management of individual tasks such as website design and other marketing tools.
Support to Director/s during visits to Bosnia and Europe.
Communicate design and other requirements to suppliers in Bosnia and Europe.
Seek further products to integrate into our building system.
Assist with Translation of documents and interpret during visits if required.
Fluent English, great communication and computing skills are a must.
The person in this role is expected to be available on call however it is anticipate a regular working week would be 40 Hours with some increase in requirements during peak times and visits to Bosnia.
