I need someone to help me with a lot of outstanding work as well as to get on top of ongoing stuff and processes I'm trying to get on top of.
Also my book keeper is very good as a book keeper but staying on top of sales opportunities and/or renewal of subscriptions, etc, is NOT part of her workload and when asked to do this, finds it difficult to stay on top of these schedules as it can be cumbersome for her. So I need someone to supplement me there and be on top of the full scheduling, calendaring, filing, sales and order fulfillment side of the business.

I have other tasks for you which involve interface with book keeping along with many other things.
Naturally a big part of this is how well you can communicate with others in both Written and Verbal English.
I don't like too much slang and social media jargon in emails and speech, so I'm looking for someone with maturity in oral and written forms of the English language to be able to represent Agate IT in a professional manner.
A lot of MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and Google Docs work. Also CRM work and getting info from our trouble ticket system (used for IT support) to help in keeping track of hours billed agreements we have with other customers.
Also there is a fair amount of billing and on billing and changes in mid month billing, etc. for Microsoft and other cloud services that needs someone to be on top of.
All of these may only require you to spend 30 minutes a day looking over emails, logging into supplier websites and checking things, and sending out emails. Or it may mean a few extra hours on certain days to ensure that all is done. Initial months may be full time.
Also important is use of online filing systems for company data, etc. I need properly filed documentation.
The ability to make and receive phone calls using VOIP is important. As is your availability during Sydney Australia business hours. I can't have you contacting people out of hours.
This does NOT mean that you need to work a lot of hours, it just means that you would have the email and voip app running and respond to things as they come and/or have certain times during Sydney Business day to do my work. this will allow you to have other contracts should you for more hours. I expect to keep you busy atleast half of a day everyday once you get going. when you get into bringing in sales you will see more money increases as well as hours.
