Our company has an immediate need for an article writer to create, adapt, enhance, outline and post blog/articles to a We Buy Houses website for a business located in the South Eastern United States. We have a wealth of available topics and competitor articles (which have been created from canned content) to use as outlines or as a starting point. Initial work will include generating article outlines from existing content and creating original content using the outlines and existing content which target our keywords and local area. The new content must pass plagiarism, grammar and image royalty checks. The outlines created will also be used by actors to create video and audio for YouTube and podcasts. Once outlines for existing content have been created and used to write articles (depending on how many article can be written per week this could take 6-18 months), original outlines and content are expected. This will be an ongoing job for at least two years.
The goal is to use the existing "canned" competitor content as a catalyst by which we provide BETTER content than our local competitors. Our chosen writer(s) will achieve this by enhancing the writing, adding/changing/upgrading images (royalty free), adding authoritative links to other sources of information, and making it more relevant to our specific area by referencing local streets, buildings, business, events (with local links) etc. The Goal is for each article to be around 600 words or more.
Originally we plan to hire up to three writers and will select for the final ongoing position the writer who can post the best content for the lowest average cost. If more than one writer shows exemplary skills and content we will hire more than one.
