We are Sombrero Investment Group LLC a buy and hold residential real estate company. Currently our holdings consists of 13 single family homes which are managed through 2 property management companies. We have been doing bookkeeping ourselves for the last couple of years however we have reached a point where we need to delegate the task in order to focus on growing our business.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, disciplined and trustworthy book keeper to enter transactions (ie insurance payments, transactions from reports our property management), reconcile our bank account / credit card and generate financial statements. Currently we have 50-75 transactions / entries per month with one checking account and one credit card account. Ideal candidate would have at least 5 year experience with book keeping, 3 year experience with QuickBooks, solid foundation of GAAP, fluency in English and video capabilities for face to face meeting (ie skype, upwork message, google chat).
We would like to incorporate continual book keeping services for long term.
