CSBA is based in Australia and runs a customer service benchmarking program to a range of industries including local government, Tertiary and utilities. The program is based on a mystery shopping of call centres and then providing detail reports of their service performance.
We also run events. There are 2 types of event:
Benchmaking performance review events where we review recent performance results and discuss how to improve performance.
Customer service training events, whee we discuss results with frontline staff and provide training in how to improve results.
We require a Telemarking person to:
1 Introduce our services to likely customers in key markets and update in salesforce. ie get appointments for Account Managers
2 invite potential customers to events throughout Australia
3 Update the database of key contacts in Australia
