Our aim is to provide the best customer service available online and to become a more reputable company.
We are looking for 1 Customer service representative that can cover an 8 hour shift 5 days a week. He or she must be an enthusiastic and friendly representative. Provide product and service information and resolve customer complaints by pinpointing problems; offers solutions, corrections, or adjustments; and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Has intimate knowledge of the customer’s needs
- Able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
- Enthusiastic and friendly.
- Able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers
- Works accurate and with eye for detail
- Able to suggest improvements to the various communications by the company (eg. website, FAQ, etc)
- Handles situations in the best interest of both the customer and company.
A CSR may perform any combination of the following tasks:
- Respond to billing inquiries and handle customers’ bill complaints.
- Provide information about company programs, products and services.
- Provide data to customers requesting new services and products
- Seek resolution of customer complaints.
- Make changes to either products or orders via website admin.
- Responsible for answering all inquiries via chat and email.
- Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required
- Learn and use company CRM.
Customer Service Job Experience
- 1 or 2 year experience in related work preferred.
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalency
