I need to write a manual for a small telesales call centre.

I would like to see examples of what other companies currently use to manage and run their telesales call centres.

I am prepared to pay US$5 each for electronic copies of any of the following documents:

- Telesales scripts
- Customer follow-up scripts
- Cold calling scripts

- Call centre checklists
- Call centre work flow diagrams
- Call centre forms for operators to fill in

- Call centre reporting dashboards
- Call centre KPI sheets
- Call centre manuals
