We're looking for someone with a combination of telemarketing or phone-based customer service experience to call consumers who have indicated some level of experience with assisted living communities and home care services for seniors. You need to be able to talk to people, to make them comfortable and at ease.

You'll be tracking your work via spreadsheet and noting the outcomes of your calls.

We need someone who can quickly generate rapport over the phone, work efficiently, and get results.

This is a pilot program; if it's successful it will be extended beyond the initial time frame.

Call recipients will be in the U.S. so calls will need to be made during daytime and early evening hours in U.S. time zones. You'll also need to be able to make the calls from where you are.
