I am looking for an EXPERT who have already did setup several call centers AT LEAST 3 to GUIDE us / give us consultation about how do we setup a call center / what is the best way / tools / hardware / software to accomplish our goal, which is setup a call center that support all or at least most of the following features :
* Central management for all inbound messages/texts/calls.
* Receive and record all incoming calls over telephone / mobile (GSM) / whatsapp voice calls.
* Integrate calls and texts to CRM (prefer odoo if possible, we are open to other suggestions though).
* High security setting, for example, keep customers numbers private from the employees, replacing there numbers with system tags.
We are open to all options you may offer, if you did this before please let me know.
