I need a simple system created to replace a paper system. We have checklist for employees and they have task they complete. I want to be able to monitor and cut them off at a time once the task should have been completed.
Checklist are created by admin and assigned to user category. All checklist will have a series of question and answers, (yes, no, note, upload.) Admin assigns the time checklist is avaiable to be comepleted (opening time and due time) and the admin assigns the frequency the checklist should be done (typically they will be due daily but may be due weekly or monthly in rare occasions.)
User logs in and sees all checklist aviable that day that are not past due or already completed. If one is still due, but it is too early to compete it should show but now allow them to complete (User only see items in a category they have access to).
Manger can see completed check list and print report. They should see the user who completed checklist name and time/date it was completed.
