We are a unique tech start up in a niche space with small team. CEO, Founder seeks an implementor role to help with managing day to day, the planning, implementation, and tracking for any and all operational functions.
Accountability: Own the planning and implementation process for
the company-wide strategic operations initiatives including:
• Work with the team to set measurable goals and objectives
• Design and implement the business strategies, plans and processes to achieve the agreed-upon goals and objectives
• Assist with leading and managing the team
• Establish policies that promote the company’s values and vision
• Annual and quarterly planning
- Implementation: Assist with implementation and management of the
operational and organizational plans.
