* Create online training videos to show our clients how to use their website.  We use Wordpress so it is very important that you know how to use it.

* Test websites in development phase to ensure the work properly and according to the project specs

* Input content into new websites if necessary but I have another CPC that can handle this task

* Call our clients to answer questions - this is rare but you must be fluent in English and be able to speak it without a heavy accent.

* Respond to online help desk requests.  Once a request comes in, you will need to login to the site to see if you can duplicate the issue.  If the issue persists, you can then assign it to one of our programmers to fix it.

CLEAR SPOKEN ENGLISH IS A REQUIREMENT FOR THIS POSITION

AVAILABILITY:  We need someone who can be available during our normal business hours from 9am - 5pm CST (-5 GMT)

HOURS PER WEEK:  This will vary depending on how many projects we have currently.  Right now you can expect around 1 -3 hours per week right now but we have a lot of new projects coming up and will be increasing those hours.
