Seeking CSR for inbound/outbound phone and email client support.
Work hours will typically be of 8am - 5pm EST Monday-Friday but schedule flexibility is a must.
Provide outstanding customer support
Solve customer problems via telephone,email and chat support
Provide demonstrations and training to our clients when needed, Experience conducting hosted training meetings (GoToMeeting, Join.Me, etc.) can be helpful
Experience working with an Issue Tracking system and CRM software
Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of PC and computer software (Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and Browser Troubleshooting a must).
Excellent communication skills
Master at multitasking with excellent organization and attention to detail.
Motivated self-starter with a strong ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to change.

Reliable, high speed internet and a quiet work environment.
Ability to use VOIP call systems without latency issues
2 years software support experience
Knowledge of HTML programming as it relates to email marketing
Knowledge of email best practices
